Refund Policy for Adventure Ministries of Bend, LLC
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
At Adventure Ministries of Bend, LLC, all purchases made through our online shopping cart, website, or any other sales channel are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or scheduling conflicts
- Inclement weather or trail/road conditions
- Personal illness or injury
- No-shows
- Dissatisfaction with the product, service, or experience
This policy applies to all items and services, including (but not limited to):
- Motorcycle rentals, scooter rentals, and fleet equipment
- Guided or self-led adventure tours and experiences
- Merchandise, apparel, accessories, and gear
- Digital products, downloads, reservations, bookings, gift certificates, and event tickets
- Any other goods or services offered by Adventure Ministries of Bend, LLC
Why This Policy? Our strict no-refund policy protects our small business, ministry operations, and the resources committed upon your purchase (such as vehicle preparation, scheduling, staffing, permits, and inventory). Once a sale is processed, funds are allocated immediately.
Recommendations We strongly encourage you to purchase appropriate travel insurance or trip protection that covers cancellations, medical issues, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Many policies also cover adventure activities and equipment rentals. Please review your insurance coverage carefully before booking.
Exceptions
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a physical product arrives defective or damaged due to our shipping error, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis for repair, replacement, or (at our sole discretion) a partial remedy. This does not apply to wear-and-tear, misuse, or normal adventure use.
- Operator Cancellation: If we cancel an event or service for reasons within our control, you may receive a credit or transfer option at our discretion (no cash refunds).
